2025年9月24日至26日,亚洲领先的电力电子盛会——PCIM Asia Shanghai 2025在上海新国际博览中心成功举办。本届展会以“电能驱动新未来”为主题,规模盛大,展览面积达25,000平方米,并同期举办了95场高水平研讨会、8场主题论坛及2大行业峰会。展会构建了一个集技术研讨、创新产品展示与产业深度对接于一体的全链条交流平台,深入探讨了电力电子技术的应用创新路径与产业生态协同逻辑,为与会者提供了宝贵的实践参考与前沿趋势洞察,有力推动了行业的发展与进步。

From September 24 to 26, 2025, Asia’s leading power electronics event—PCIM Asia Shanghai 2025—was successfully held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. With the theme “Electrifying a New Future”, the grand-scale exhibition covered an area of 25,000 square meters and was held alongside 95 high-level seminars, 8 thematic forums, and 2 major industry summits. The event created a comprehensive platform integrating technical discussions, innovative product showcases, and in-depth industry networking. It explored innovative application pathways for power electronics technologies as well as the logic of ecosystem collaboration across the industry. The exhibition provided participants with valuable practical insights and forward-looking perspectives, strongly driving the sector’s development and progress.

在备受瞩目的PCIM Asia Shanghai 2025国际研讨会上,南京能利芯科技有限公司董事长、剑桥大学龙腾教授受邀发表了题为《高密高效智算芯片供电电源》的主题演讲,成为全场焦点。

龙腾教授在演讲中指出,随着人工智能应用的爆发式增长,现代高性能计算核心(XPUs,如CPU、GPU、TPU)对电源供应提出了前所未有的苛刻要求:需在极低电压(≤1V)下提供数百乃至上千安培的巨大电流,同时面临从800V高压直流输入到0.5V超低电压的全栈优化挑战。他强调,为实现更高的系统效率与更快的动态响应,电源必须尽可能靠近XPU部署,这要求电源装置具备极高的功率密度和效率。

面对这些挑战,龙腾教授深入解析了如何通过采用先进的拓扑结构、新型功率半导体、高频磁性材料及创新模块封装技术来满足XPU电源的极致要求。他的演讲不仅分享了该领域的最新研究成果与行业前沿动态,系统概述了关键技术关卡,还展示了能利芯科技在该领域的最新商业化解决方案,其深刻的见解与前瞻性分析获得了在场专家和听众的高度评价。

At the highly anticipated PCIM Asia Shanghai 2025 International Conference, Professor Teng Long, Chairman of EPIC. and faculty member at the University of Cambridge, delivered a keynote speech titled “High-Density, High-Efficiency Power Supplies for Intelligent Computing Chips”, becoming the focal point of the event. 

In his address, Professor Teng Long emphasized that with the explosive growth of artificial intelligence applications, modern high-performance computing cores (XPUs, such as CPUs, GPUs, and TPUs) are placing unprecedented demands on power delivery: supplying hundreds to thousands of amperes at ultra-low voltages (≤1V), while tackling the full-stack optimization challenge from high-voltage DC input at 800V down to ultra-low voltages of 0.5V. He stressed that to achieve higher system efficiency and faster dynamic response, power supplies must be placed as close as possible to the XPU, requiring extremely high power density and efficiency. 

Facing these challenges, Professor Teng Long provided an in-depth analysis of how advanced topologies, next-generation power semiconductors, high-frequency magnetic materials, and innovative packaging technologies can meet the extreme requirements of XPU power systems. His speech not only shared the latest research outcomes and industry frontiers but also systematically outlined the key technical hurdles and showcased EPIC’s latest commercialised solutions in this field. His profound insights and forward-looking perspective received high praise from both experts and attendees.
